Quality Assurance Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing manual testing for regression, integration and other types of testing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform thorough testing to ensure the quality of our products
* Collaborate with the programming team to test specific changes before code is merged into main developer branches
* Develop and maintain production pipelines and tools
* Test new builds to ensure stability and reliability
* Follow priorities given by QA Lead to ensure current team-wide goals are met
* Identify and report bugs, validating bug corrections
* Manage the bug tracking system
* Provide support to the production team regarding technical issues
Requirements:
* Prior experience in video games or gaming industry
* Programming and/or scripting experience
* Experience working with game engines
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Good written and spoken English
* Able to take responsibility and work collaboratively as part of a team
Nice to Have:
* Prior experience in QA
* Knowledge of Perforce, Jira and Jenkins
* Network configuration knowledge
* Familiarity with RPG genre
