We're a business with big ambitions, for our clients and for ourselves, and we're always on the lookout for people who want to grow with us while keeping things creative (and a little bit fun).Key ResponsibilitiesVideo ProductionLead videography on-location and in-studio for a variety of client and internal projects.Operate and maintain camera gear and lenses (Sony FX3 + zoom lens and prime cine lenses)Operate audio equipment ensuring clean and clear sound within various different environments across projects.To create lighting scenarios suited for the project at hand.Pre-Production & Creative DevelopmentDevelop creative concepts based on client briefs or internal ideas.Storyboard and plan visual sequences.Create mood and narrative.Write scripts for relevant projects.Source props and cast.Direct shoots from concept to final delivery.Post-ProductionEdit all video content (Davinici Resolve preferred).Colour correction and grading relevant to the project.Design and apply basic motion graphics and text animations.Handle basic sound design and audio mixing for video clarity and impact.Select suitable background music and sound effects (Artlist).Multi-Platform DeliveryCreate multiple edits of the same content (full length, short form, vertical formats).Optimise videos for various platforms, including Instagram, Instagram, YouTube, and client websites.Media ManagementManage media dumps from shoots and organise raw footage efficiently into structured folders.Maintain and archive project files for future use and easy access.And finally…Be soundDrink teaVery competitive package available for the ideal personHow to Apply:Wanna chat more?
