We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and highly organised
Social Care Worker
to support the delivery of high-quality care and support within our service.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all care provided is person-centred, safe, and effective, and delivered in accordance with regulatory and organisational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver and support the provision of person-centred care in line with best practice and organisational policies.
Ensure all care practices meet regulatory requirements and professional standards.
Support the implementation of safeguarding procedures, health and safety policies, and quality assurance measures.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for service users.
Promote the wellbeing, independence, and dignity of individuals receiving care.
Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of care services.
Requirements
QQI Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or a related discipline (or equivalent).
Minimum of 1 year's experience in a social care or health and social care setting.
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience within a care environment is desirable.
Strong knowledge of
Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA)
standards, safeguarding policies, and health and safety regulations.
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
A professional, empathetic, and person-centred approach to care.
Full clean manual driver's licence (essential).
Must hold
Stamp 4
permission to work in Ireland.
