Leading Mechanical Services Design

We are seeking a highly skilled mechanical engineer to lead our design team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in building services engineering and experience working with Revit.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the mechanical services design for various project types, including urbanism, industrial, high tech, commercial, and healthcare developments.
* Design and specification of mechanical services for different types of buildings and sectors.
* Production of detailed schematics and development of mechanical design standards within the organization.
* Mentoring of junior engineering staff and provision of fully detailed tender packages.
* Tender report analysis and recommendations, as well as project scope development with the design team and client.

Requirements:

* Minimum degree qualification in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
* 10+ years of Mechanical Building Services Consultancy Design experience.
* Chartered status is a distinct advantage.
* Familiarity with structural, architectural, and electrical models to appreciate space limitations and interferences.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment driven by project deadlines.
* Innovative and motivated with an attention to detail.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Knowledge of ETCI, CIBSE, IEC, BS, IS, and EN Standards.
