We are seeking a Finance Systems Lead to own and optimise our ERP platform, enabling integrated finance, project accounting, and real-time reporting across the business. This is a key role in our digital transformation journey, driving automation, improving financial control, and supporting scalable growth.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the ERP system (configuration, access, performance).Optimise core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, month-end close).Enable project accounting, time & expense integration, and profitability reporting.Deliver multi-dimensional reporting across entities, departments, and projects.Drive automation and reduce manual processes.Lead system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.Act as a key liaison between Finance, Operations, IT, and external vendors.What We’re Looking For5+ years’ experience in Finance Systems, ERP, or Finance Transformation roles.Strong experience with ERP platforms (e.g. Dynamics, SAP, NetSuite).Solid understanding of finance processes and reporting.Experience with ERP implementations or system upgrades.Strong analytical and data skills, with a focus on process improvement.Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.If the above matches you, please apply or reach out directly for a confidential chat.
