The Opportunity
Are you an experienced and highly organised Event Production Manager who thrives on bringing complex projects to life? Do you excel at managing client relationships and ensuring every detail of an event runs flawlessly onsite? Vinehall Displays is looking for a talented individual to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the direct link between our clients' visions and their successful execution, coordinating all aspects of event production while strategically managing resources and collaborating with our senior management team.
Key Responsibilities
As our Onsite Event Production Manager, you'll be responsible for:
* Client Relationship Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for a prestigious client throughout the entire event lifecycle. You'll build strong relationships, translate their briefs into detailed production plans, manage expectations, and ensure their satisfaction from start to finish.
* End-to-End Event Planning & Execution: Overseeing the complete production process for a variety of onsite events, including exhibitions, brand activations, and corporate gatherings. This involves developing comprehensive timelines and budgets, coordinating all logistics (venue, vendors, AV, staging, signage, etc.), and managing onsite operations for seamless setup, live event delivery, and dismantle.
* Resource Management & Team Liaison: Collaborating closely with Vinehall Displays' senior management and internal teams (creative, technical, logistics) to effectively plan and allocate resources for each project. You'll ensure clear communication of project requirements and lead onsite production teams to foster a high-performance environment.
* Branding & Exhibition Expertise: Applying your strong understanding of branding principles to ensure all event elements align perfectly with client's brand guidelines. You'll leverage your expertise in Event production, exhibition stand design, construction, and operational requirements to deliver visually stunning and functionally sound setups that comply with all safety regulations.
* Problem Solving: Proactively identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutions to mitigate risks during planning and execution. You'll also be adept at reacting calmly and efficiently to any unforeseen challenges that arise onsite, always maintaining a positive client experience.
Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience (3+ years) as an Event Production Manager or in a similar senior production role within the events industry.
* Demonstrable experience managing end-to-end onsite event production.
* Strong understanding of Event production, branding, exhibition, shop fit-out works and diverse event setup requirements.
* Exceptional client relationship management and communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Full clean driving license and flexibility to travel to various event locations as required.
* Preferred (but not essential):
* Relevant degree or certification in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
* Experience with specific event management platforms or software.
* Health and Safety qualification.
