We are seeking a Driver Helper for the busy summer season. This role is crucial for the company's growth and aligns with our core ethos of keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do.
Summary:
The Driver Helper assists delivery drivers with daily deliveries, including manual loading of vehicles and unloading products at customer premises.
Key Accountabilities:
* Assist with loading, unloading, and preparing delivery vehicles.
* Follow routes and schedules with delivery drivers.
* Maintain communication with supervisors and managers.
* Adhere to health and safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
* Strong organizational, prioritization, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills.
* High endurance, energy, and motivation to perform well.
* Effective listening and positive response to requests with appropriate urgency.
