As a Quality Control Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and compliance across our operations.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support production and drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct and oversee quality control testing across production processes
Perform advanced analytical techniques, including HPLC, PCR, and cell culture assays
Ensure full compliance with GMP and internal quality standards
Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to support product development and excellence
Maintain accurate documentation and support regulatory requirements
About you:
Minimum of 8 years' experience in Quality Control, ideally within gene therapy or pharmaceutical manufacturing
Strong hands-on expertise in HPLC, PCR, and cell culture techniques
In-depth knowledge of GMP and regulatory standards
Highly detail-oriented with a proactive and quality-driven mindset
Strong communication and teamwork skills
