Store Manager - 35 Grafton Street, Dublin (Full-time, 39hrs)
Pandora is seeking a pro-active, results-driven Store Manager to join our store team.
You will lead the store team and drive the store's commercial success while delivering a world-class customer experience.
You will manage the assistant manager, a team of supervisors and sales assistants, and support them in creating memorable experiences for our customers.
Training on our handcrafted luxury products will help you become a Pandora product expert, with support from the regional sales manager to nurture and develop your team.
Responsibilities
Support and motivate the in-store team on a day-to-day basis to achieve the store's targets by identifying opportunities to reach and exceed KPIs, while delivering exemplary Pandora customer service.
Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the store, and ensure back-of-house activities enable successful commercial execution.
Receive thorough product training to become a Pandora product expert and, with support from the regional sales manager, nurture and develop the team to unlock potential and support succession.
Qualifications
Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in-store.
A passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service.
Ability to understand Pandora's local and global business strategy and translate it into the delivery of store, regional and division KPIs.
Experience using data to identify trends, issues and root causes, and take action when opportunities are identified.
Strong communication skills to coach a high-performing team.
Adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
A positive, can-do attitude with enthusiasm for Pandora product and core values.
