Trust Administration Specialist
The Trust Officer plays a pivotal role in administering trusts within Workplace Solutions trust companies. This individual will work closely with various teams to manage the creation and operation of individual trusts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Open and manage bank, custodian, and brokerage accounts
* Manage movement of assets within the trust, including transfers, sales, dividends
* Monitor and manage trust assets, including documentation of all decisions related to asset management and distribution
* Oversee activities required when a trust client terminates services with Workplace Solutions
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or other advanced degree is an advantage
* In-depth knowledge of fiduciary products and services, including legal, tax, and regulatory requirements
* Relevant experience focused in the Employee Benefit Trust business
