A fast-growing SaaS company based in Dublin is hiring its first Senior Data Scientist to lead the development of its intelligence layer. This is a true greenfield opportunity, giving you the chance to shape, build, and scale the AI capability from day one. With over €20 million in funding and ambitious plans to become a global, billion-euro business, the company is well positioned for rapid growth.
As the first hire in this space, you’ll work closely with an engineer and the founding team to define the product roadmap and deliver impactful ML-driven solutions. This role offers a strong mix of hands-on technical work and strategic influence, with high visibility across the business and a clear path into a leadership role.

Your Mission
Design and build machine learning models to predict user behaviour and enable real-time decision-makingDevelop and deploy scalable, production-grade ML systems within a SaaS environmentEstablish the foundations for a growing AI function across the organisation
What You Bring
5+ years’ experience in Data Science or ML Engineering with strong Python skillsProven experience building and deploying ML models into productionStrong knowledge of experimentation techniques including A/B testing, causal inference, and reinforcement learningExperience working in fast-paced, product-driven environmentsA proactive, ownership-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a greenfield setting
Salary & Benefits
Competitive base salary up to €110,000 plus pension, health insurance, and stock options
