We are working with a leading Irish law firm based in Dublin for an Associate / Senior Associate to join their Debt Finance team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a market-leading Debt Finance team, playing a key role in the execution of complex financing transactions across a range of sectors. The role involves advising on Irish law aspects of acquisition and leveraged finance, syndicated lending, real estate and fund finance.
You will draft and negotiate loan and security documentation, lead due diligence, while liaising closely with clients, counterparties and internal specialists. The role also includes a willingness to become engaged in business development events while mentoring junior members of the firm.
Essential Criteria:
* 1-7 years' PQE;
* Finance law background;
* Strong academic record;
* Commercial awareness;
* Strong teamwork skills;
* Adaptability;
* Strong communication skills;
* Technically excellent.
