We're seeking an experienced Senior BMS Project Manager to lead large-scale data centre projects from concept to completion. This is a high-impact role where you'll manage complex building automation systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
What You'll Do
* Take ownership of end-to-end delivery for major BMS projects in the data centre sector.
* Lead multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones.
* Develop and manage detailed schedules, budgets, and risk plans for projects valued at €2M–€4M.
* Oversee financial performance, including P&L, forecasting, and margin analysis.
* Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, safety standards, and client specifications.
* Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to drive success.
* Manage procurement, logistics, and resource allocation across multiple sites.
* Provide clear, proactive reporting to internal leadership and clients.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience (5+ years) managing complex construction or building services projects.
* Strong track record delivering data centre projects or other mission-critical environments.
* Expertise in project controls, contracts, and safety legislation.
* Financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and forecasts.
* Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Willingness to travel across Ireland, UK, and Nordics (30–40%).
Preferred Skills
* BMS platform experience (Metasys, Tridium Niagara, Trend, Siemens, Schneider).
* PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
* Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
* Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera.
