The Client Services Manager is a key position in our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in a client-facing role within financial services and a strong understanding of fund servicing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day delivery of Transfer Agency (TA) services to key clients
">
* Liaise closely with internal operational teams to ensure service standards are met
">
* Maintain client SLAs and proactively address service issues or queries
">
* Oversee preparation of monthly client reports and incident logs
">
* Participate in service reviews, client visits, and due diligence sessions
">
* Provide subject matter expertise for new product rollouts and support client onboarding
">
* Deliver detailed client reporting and lead discussions on service enhancements
">
* Support regulatory and internal change initiatives as required
">
* Lead and manage client-related projects where needed
">

Requirements:
">
">
* Previous experience in a client-facing role within financial services, ideally within a Transfer Agency environment
">
* Strong understanding of fund servicing processes and client relationship dynamics
">
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
">
* Proactive, detail-oriented and capable of managing competing priorities
">
* Ability to review and resolve complex issues independently

* People management or project leadership experience is a plus but not essential

* Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
