Job Description
About the role :
Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling
Recruit, train, schedule, and develop team members to maximize performance and engagement
Monitor KPIs, analyze sales reports, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
We're looking for someone with:
Proven management experiencein a retail environment, leading a team in a fast-paced setting.
A passion for retail and a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
Flexibility to work a7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
Strong communication and leadership skills to engage and motivate your team.
Proficient with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools
