Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the management of daily operations, prioritizing tasks and optimizing workflow to maximize productivity.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve business efficiency, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
* Lead a team of coordinators, providing guidance, training, and performance reviews to ensure high-quality results.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and process improvements.
* Manage financial exception reports, implementing corrective actions and escalating common themes to senior leadership.
* Deliver training programs to staff development and upskilling, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
* Foster a safe working environment by promoting best practices and conducting regular safety audits.
Requirements:
* A Level or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
* Management or Customer Service qualification, with a focus on operational excellence.
* Proven experience in managing teams, analyzing data, and reviewing processes to drive business outcomes.
* Knowledge of customer service center technologies and operations, with a strong understanding of performance management.
* Clean driving license and willingness to travel for work-related purposes.
