The role will involve a mix of contentious and non-contentious work, including litigation, advisory services, and corporate support. The Role:
* Provide employment law advisory and support on contentious matters.
* Act on employment litigation cases, including tribunal hearings, discrimination, and unfair dismissal claims.
* Advise on corporate support, including employee contracts, TUPE regulations, and redundancy processes.
* Manage a diverse caseload of employment-related issues for high-profile clients.
* Develop strong client relationships and provide practical legal solutions.
The Person:
* 1-6 PQE in employment law with experience in litigation and advisory work.
* Strong client management skills and ability to provide clear legal advice.
* Knowledge of corporate employment law and experience in handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.
* Proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
