The MediSpa Manager is responsible for overseeing operations, service quality, and overall client experience. This leadership role ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of the MediSpa, maintaining high standards in service delivery, staff performance, and guest satisfaction. The manager will play a key role in managing teams, optimising workflows, and upholding the brand's excellence in luxury beauty services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, supervise, and mentor staff
* Ensure smooth day-to-day salon operations, including scheduling, appointment flow, and service coordination.
* Maintain and elevate customer service standards to ensure a five-star client experience.
* Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering of professional products, tools, and retail items.
* Oversee cleanliness, hygiene protocols, and presentation of the salon environment to meet luxury standards.
* Collaborate with marketing and management teams to support promotions, events, and service launches.
* Handle client feedback professionally and implement service recovery strategies where needed.
* Analyse operational data, prepare performance reports, and identify areas for improvement.
* Stay updated with industry trends, luxury service standards, and competitive benchmarks.
