LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Reliability Engineer to join a global Biopharmaceutical company in Cork. The facility specializes in the fermentation, purification, and sterile filling of biotech products, as well as supporting product development and clinical trials. ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops engineering solutions to prevent repetitive failures and costly equipment problems. Maintains the Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) program such as vibration, thermography, and other predictive analyses, supporting the interpretation of the results. Analyses equipment history within the CMMS to assure effectiveness of all maintenance efforts, reducing regulatory concerns, both cGxP and EHS. Reduces and improves maintenance work, assuring efficient and reliable operation of plant, process, and equipment while protecting and prolonging the economic life of plant assets at optimal cost. ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH? Engineering degree qualification, preferably mechanical or electrical. 3+ years of professional experience. Desirable +3 years of experience working in a similar role in industrial environment or within a specialized consultancy. Ability to analyse and identify trends and patterns. CMMS knowledge highly desirable. Analytics experience with maintenance data can be an advantage. Note: Are you currently eligible to work in Ireland?
