Business Growth Specialist
As a Business Growth Specialist, you will drive new business opportunities and expand our client base. You will play a pivotal role in positioning our Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and Professional Services (PS) offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pipeline Development: Prospecting & lead generation to identify potential clients across Ireland.
* Market Research: Identify and research target markets, industries, and companies to understand their IT and business challenges.
* Client Engagement: Conduct discovery calls to understand prospective clients' needs and effectively communicate our value proposition and solutions to decision-makers.
* Sales Enablement: Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos for the field sales team to close deals.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven track record in sales, business development, or lead generation - preferably in the IT or cybersecurity sector.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Confident in making cold calls and engaging with C-level executives.
* Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
Additional Requirements:
* Knowledge of cybersecurity and managed services solutions is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with the Irish business landscape and SME/enterprise markets is an added advantage.
