We are seeking a talented and customer-focused professional to excel in an Inbound Chat Sales role.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for engaging with customers, proficiency in German, and the ability to contribute to sales growth.
Key responsibilities include:
* Customer Engagement: Represent the company, promoting products and services while fostering interest and understanding.
* Technical Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate technical and business value propositions via chat.
* Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple chat sessions and web applications simultaneously with professionalism and efficiency.
* Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance objectives.
* Industry Knowledge: Rapidly acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
Requirements
* Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year of direct sales experience, preferably in telesales or B2B sales.
* Linguistic Proficiency: Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2), with strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Tech Savviness: Tech-savvy, with a keen interest in innovative and emerging technology.
* Chat Sales Skills: Ability to quickly articulate value propositions via chat, preferably with prior chat sales experience.
* Cloud Technology: Strong understanding of cloud-based technology, including cloud storage and file synchronization.
