We are recruiting a
Project Planner
to join our building team in Waterford. This person will also sometimes be based on our site in Carlow.
Your mission
* Project Planning using MS Project & Primavera Software or Asta
* Project Progress Measuring & Monitoring
* Project Progress Reporting
* Subcontractor Progress Monitoring
* Labour Productivity Measure & Reporting using S/E curves
* Reporting in Project / Primavera and using Excel
* Measure quantities from drawings to generate progress reports
* To provide strategic advice for safeguarding, and growth and development.
* To engage with planning bodies as may be required, including through written submissions.
* To work as part of a team, including through the flexible allocation of work as it arises.
Who are we looking for?
* Relevant Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
* Ideal candidate will have 5-10 years previous experience.
* Ideally the candidate will have a background in construction/building engineering both commercial and industrial sectors.
* Excellent computer skills would include – MS Word, Primavera, Asta, Excel, MS Project.
* Good communication Skills and ability to work as part of a fully integrated team is essential
* Eligibility to work in Ireland and fluent English
