Reporting to the Senior Quality Engineer you will be responsible for Incoming inspection of new materials, in process checks, QC samples, writing up reports and working with Quality Team.
Responsibilities include
Performs incoming inspection, in-process and final quality inspections.
Issuing DHRs
Reviewing DHRs
Material management.
Scheduling of calibration and preventative maintenance activities.
Scheduling of environmental monitoring.
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with Quality, Regulatory and company policies and systems.
Ensure that performance and product quality conforms to company, customer and regulatory requirements.
Review, analyse and report on quality discrepancies related to product design and manufacture.
Liaise and support OEM contractors/vendors during the manufacture of components and the assembly of devices.
Scheduling of incoming and in process inspection on new products, materials and components.
Perform review of product/ related documentation and release of product to finished goods.
Support all Quality related documentation activities (i.e. write procedures, raise Documents, adherence to quality records procedure etc) and be a functional expert for maintain procedures.
Supporting Production in ensuring that priorities are completed.
Performs other related duties, as assigned.
Report to Quality Team Lead.
Requirements include:
Previous experience within a Quality related environment is essential.
- GMP preferable –ISO***** and FDA CFR 820.
Excellent attention to detail with high motivation levels and a willingness to learn is required.
Level 6 or higher in an Engineering or Science field preferred.
