We're partnered with an exciting tech company and supporting them in there search for an
AI Architect / Lead ML Engineer (GenAI)
to build the core intelligence behind a brand-new AI-native product.
This is a true zero-to-one role. You'll design and ship production-grade agentic systems, turn research into reliable features, and define how quality, cost, and performance are measured at scale. If you love building real GenAI products (not demos), this is for you.
What you'll do:
* Architect and ship agentic LLM systems in production
* Build advanced RAG and multi-document reasoning workflows
* Design evaluation frameworks that make AI quality measurable
* Own GenAI reliability, cost control, and LLMOps
* Set engineering standards and level up the team around you
What we're looking for:
* Senior/Lead-level engineer with strong system design instincts
* Proven experience shipping GenAI features to real customers
* Deep knowledge of RAG, prompts, evaluation, and LLMOps
* Comfortable working hands-on in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
* Builder mindset with high ownership
