We are looking for an experienced colleague who can plan and deliver intervention sessions in either English, Maths or Science.This role is focused on supporting students individually or in small groups with pupils in Key Stages 3 and 4 to support their rapid progress in core subjects (English/Maths/Science). This work will likely include working with students who have Social, Emotional, Mental Health needs (SEMH) and/or special educational needs, learning difficulties and/or disabilities.We are looking for someone who will relish the opportunity to:Collaborate with school staff to identify students' barriers to learning and support rapid academic progress.To work with children outside of the classroom to support their academic development.Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people in accordance with our Safeguarding and Child Protection policies.The Grange School is an inclusive comprehensive school aged 11-19 serving families throughout Christchurch.
