Dromoland Castle is currently seeking a passionate and service-driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at The Fig Tree Restaurant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a guest-focused environment and is committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Key Responsibilities: Working 5 over 7 Days Monday to Sunday (Shifts Vary) and will involve opening and closing of Restaurant. Lead the front-of-house team in delivering outstanding service at The Fig Tree Restaurant. Welcome and engage guests, offering local insights and tailored recommendations to create memorable visits. Ensure seamless setup, smooth service flow, and breakdown of service areas while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Enhance customer satisfaction through attentive service, creativity, and anticipating guest needs. Monitor and improve food and beverage sales through upselling, service excellence, and team coaching. Support a positive team culture by promoting collaboration, resolving issues professionally, and fostering a welcoming environment. Assist in the onboarding, training, and continuous development of team members. Requirements: Previous experience in a supervisory food & beverage role within a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. A passion for delivering excellence in guest service. Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage pairings is a plus. Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
