Lahinch Golf Club, one of the world's leading golf clubs, wishes to recruit an outstanding individual to the following position to lead all food & beverage operations at the Club. From strategic planning to daily service, this role will oversee the design and delivery of a food and beverage programme that reflects Lahinch Golf Clubs standing within the golfing world. Clubhouse Manager - Lahinch Golf Club

Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will work in close collaboration with him and the Head Chef to build a quality F&B journey for members and visitors to the Club.

Responsibilities INCLUDE:

· Lead all F&B operations from pre-opening through launch, including all service matters and team structure.

· Set and monitor budgets, cost control and pricing strategies.

· Monitor all equipment and stock levels to ensure peak operational functionality.

· Develop and implement SOPs to deliver member & visitor satisfaction.

· Drive the highest levels of quality, consistency and service.

· Recruit, train, and mentor a customer focused F&B team.

· Build strong relationships with suppliers and industry partners.

· Continuously evolve the service offering to exceed member & visitor expectations.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate should possess and be able to demonstrate:

· years of experience in a food and beverage leadership role.

· Expertise in service choreography, team leadership, and multi-outlet operations.

· Deep understanding of attention to detail and international standards of excellence.

· Strong operational knowledge across both food and beverage outlets and events.

· Demonstrable success in customer satisfaction, team development and financial performance.

· Excellent communication, team leadership and customer engagement skills
.
