Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Night Shift Support Worker to join our team at the Tipperary Good Shepherd Centre. As a Night Shift Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals who require assistance with their daily lives.
Responsibilities:
* To provide emotional support and companionship to service users;
* To assist with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting;
* To help with household chores and meal preparation;
* To maintain a safe and clean environment for all service users;
* To participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of Level 5 qualification in Social Care;
* A full clean driving license (desirable);
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
