This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to join the Bank's growing SailPoint DevOps Team as a Technical Business Analyst, bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
Our team is tasked with supporting the Bank in maturing and expanding our Identity Governance processes using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
In This Role, You Will
Collaborate with developers, domain experts, and business partners to break business requirements down into technically achievable user stories.Ensure backlog items meet the team's acceptance criteria so that all pre-requisites are in-place, and they are in a 'Ready for development' state.Take part in backlog refinement sessions to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment with development priorities.Support the integration of SailPoint IIQ with other enterprise tools (e.g.
HR system, Active Directory, CyberArk, ServiceNow), applications, and systems.Assist in designing and documenting Identity Governance processes.Experience in creating meaningful functional specifications (e.g.
business requirement documents, high level designs, functional design documents, process flows etc) which feed into the overall design and solutionSupport testing and validation to ensure that developed features meet business requirements.
What will make you stand out?
Experience working as a Business Analyst, particularly in Agile environments involving user stories, sprint planning, and backlog management.
Experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ or other identity governance tools.
Broad general technical expertise in relation to integrations of systems and solid understanding of databases, APIs, directory services, and related concepts.
Familiarity with identity lifecycle concepts such as provisioning, access reviews, RBAC, SSO, and MFA.
Awareness of compliance requirements insofar as they relate to identity governance.
Technical ability in scripting, SQL, API connectivity, and data analysis to assist in exploring design options for integration.

More About The Team
The Service Management Operations (SMO) area (with the Bank's Technology Division) manages and coordinates the efforts of Bank and vendor technical teams to manage the successful delivery of services in the live IT environment.
This includes management of the application batch, certificate & key management, privileged access review and co-ordinating any operational events that occur in the Application environment.
Service Improvement as a consistent value across the core operational areas will be key driver to success of this role.
Identity and Access Management is part of the SMO area with a directive to modernise the Bank's User Access Management processes with automation using SailPoint IIQ.
This brings with it a requirement for specialist expertise within the Bank to help with the support and to further develop Identity governance services.
This is a hybrid onsite role and can be done anywhere in the Republic of Ireland with the primary office location as ITC, Cabinteely, Dublin 18.
Travel will be required for in-person collaboration - exact frequency to be agreed with manager.
