Accountancy Team Leader
The position entails leading a group of experienced accountants, overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients.
* Lead and manage a team of skilled accountants, each with their own client base.
* Completion of company accounts for SMEs, individual contractors and large companies within the portfolio.
* Preparation of Revenue returns and related audit work.
* Provide timely solutions to a wide range of client queries and requests.
* Liaise with Tax Department staff to ensure prompt submission of Returns.
* Coordinate Company Secretarial submission deadlines.
* Support and mentor junior team members.
* Deliver projects according to set standards and deadlines.
Maintaining client relationships is crucial. The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant, ACA Chartered, CPA, ACCA with relevant experience in Irish practice, possessing strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively in fast-paced environments.
