Key Sales Position

We are seeking a driven and skilled sales professional to join our team in Tralee, Ireland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by winning new customers and retaining existing ones.


Job Purpose:

To drive and grow the Tipperary and Dan O'Connor Feeds business by winning new business and retaining existing customers.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide top-quality service in all customer interactions
* Develop current customer relationships to a high standard to ensure retention and growth of existing business
* Effectively resolve any customer queries or complaints
* Maintain and exceed the highest standards of professionalism and customer service
* Represent the company in a professional manner and build the company's profile


Requirements and Qualifications:

* Previous sales/business development experience essential
* Full clean driving licence essential
* A qualification in an Agricultural/Business discipline or equivalent is a distinct advantage
* Knowledge/experience of Agriculture


Key Skills:

* Fluency in English essential
* Proven track record of achieving targets in a repeat order, end user sales environment
* Strong IT and administration skills

* Energetic and ambitious
* Excellent inter-personal, organisational, presentation, negotiation and communication skills
* High motivation, flexibility and the ability to work on own initiative
