Your new role
You'll join the commercial lines team as a Commercial Account Handler, working closely with a Senior Commercial Executive to support business clients across their general insurance requirements. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Cork Airport Business Park, with a strong focus on administration, client support, quoting and policy servicing.
What you'll need to succeed
* APA Commercial qualification as a minimum
* At least 12 months' experience working in commercial lines insurance
* Experience dealing with SME and commercial insurance policies
* Strong understanding of Central Bank of Ireland Minimum Competency requirements and CPD obligations
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Confident using Microsoft Office and general insurance systems
* A proactive, self-motivated and team-focused approach
