This is a senior quantity surveyor role with large-scale residential projects across Cork.
Responsibilities and Expectations
* Lead commercial management on major residential projects across Cork, driving accurate cost control and risk management
* Develop and manage valuations, variations, cost reports, and final accounts to support strategic business growth
* Oversee procurement, tendering, and subcontractor package negotiations to ensure successful project delivery
* Collaborate closely with project teams to provide insightful commercial guidance and support to senior management
* Mentor Junior QS staff and contribute to the development of the commercial team's expertise
* Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures to maintain high standards
