Salary – €65,000 - €75,000 + package
About the Company
My client is seeking a strong Site Manager to join their established team working on a high value, complete fit out of new offices in the South Dublin area – future projects to be Dublin wide.
This is a permanent position as a result of multiple new contracts coming through – consistently busy Fit Out Contractor in Dublin.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial fit out across a range of sectors including hospitality, restaurants, office space and commercial.
The Role
Coordination and supervision of the fit out of commercial fit out projects in Dublin
Act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients and design team.
Report into and support the Project Manager and Senior Site Manager
Oversee and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors.
Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure that site requirements are met without exceeding budget.
Managing sub-contractors, trades and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high and works are completed on time and within budget.
Ensure that company policies including H&S policies are adhered to on site.
Requirements
A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Background (carpentry/ joinery preferred)
A minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar role with a construction company in ROI – main contractor or fit out contractor preferred
