Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple projects, from initiation and procurement to budget management and design coordination.
* Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring objectives, expectations, and governance requirements are met.
* Establish and implement robust project governance frameworks including change control, risk management, and financial reporting.
About You:
• Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Architecture.
• Minimum 7+ years experience in project management, including 4+ at a senior or client-side level.
• Proven experience administering GCCC or RIAI contracts.
