Lead Equipment Designer
We are seeking an experienced Lead Equipment Designer to lead our equipment design team.

This role requires technical leadership on product issues, coordinating activities for multiple engineers and collaborating with internal specialists to ensure high-quality equipment meets specifications. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance, investigating new technologies, and participating in Proof-of-Concept projects. Key skills include expertise in AutoCAD/SolidWorks Pneumatics Workshop Equipment Machine Building experience preferably from similar industries good communication skills combined with creative problem-solving approaches. Additionally the ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of manufacturing safety CE and performance requirements.
