We are seeking a skilled professional to drive the performance of new and existing equipment by ensuring effective preventative maintenance plans, policies and procedures are in place.
The role will also be driving improvement projects at the site through use and analysis of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to ensure that the department manages value without compromising safety or quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need:
* A relevant degree and/or experience in maintenance management.
* Reliability and/or maintenance experience within a process environment.
* Experience of best practices in preventive maintenance, condition monitoring, maintenance planning, reliability engineering, RCM or FMECA.
You will additionally need:
* Experience in the use of computerised maintenance management systems.
* Proficiency in Microsoft office.
It would be advantageous if you had:
* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent).
* Lean certification.
* Significant experience in CMMS utilising scheduling and analysing tools.
* Experience within a highly regulated chemical process environment.
* Experience with regulatory bodies.
* Financial management skills.
* Reading and understanding technical documentation for equipment.
