Senior Product Owner – Contract | Dublin (Hybrid)
Stelfox is partnering with a leading organisation in Dublin to hire a Senior Product Owner for a long-term rolling contract.
You’ll join a high-performing team building a new enterprise-scale application, playing a critical role in shaping product direction and maximising value delivery across Agile teams.
Location: Dublin (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

Candidate must have 7+ years suitable commercial experience to be considered for these positions.
This role sits at the heart of delivery — you’ll own the product backlog, drive priorities, and ensure teams are focused on building high-value features that meet both user and business needs.
Responsibilities
Own and drive a well-defined, prioritised product backlog to maximise business value
Partner with stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into clear, actionable requirements
Collaborate with UX, Product, and Engineering teams to shape solutions and define product direction
Lead backlog refinement and story grooming, ensuring teams are always ready to deliver
Define acceptance criteria and ensure high-quality delivery across each sprint
Support teams with release planning, scope definition, and sprint execution
Manage and prioritise production issues and enhancements, ensuring alignment with SLAs
Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience
Continuously optimise processes to improve delivery speed, quality, and impact
Skills & Qualifications
7+ years’ experience in a Product Owner / Senior BA / Agile delivery role
Strong experience managing backlogs, user stories, and Agile ceremonies
Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-scale products
Excellent stakeholder management skills — able to bridge business and technical teams
Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
