Senior Quantity Surveyor Medium sized contractor Location: greater Dublin Job Type: Permanent, full-time Salary: Negotiable A leading, family run building contractor based just outside Dublin is currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to run projects in and around the Dublin area. With a strong pipeline of work, the company has undergone strategic growth in the last 5 years and is now in a position to bring in a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take responsibility for the delivery of multiple projects. You will report to the construction Director and will have full ownership of projects from inception through to final handover. Project areas include; Healthcare, fit-out, retail, commercial, data centres and mixed use. The Person Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or coming from a strong commercial background 7+ years experience in a similar role Demonstrable experience of delivering projects on time and within budget Strong commercial acumen Contractually astute Excellent communication and leadership skills In return, the successful candidate will receive a market leading salary and benefits package that will be tailored to the individual.
