Job Title: Hotel Operations Supervisor

About the Role
The Duty Manager will oversee the running of the hotel during allocated shifts, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and maintaining high standards across all departments.
This role requires confidence, professionalism, and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Typical Shift Patterns:
* 7:00am - 3:00pm
* 1:00pm - 9:00pm
* 3:00pm - 11:00pm
Main Responsibilities
Oversee daily hotel operations:
* Front Office
* Accommodation
* Food & Beverage
* public areas
Maintain consistent standards of cleanliness, service, hygiene, and overall guest experience.
Act as the senior manager on duty - leading the team, resolving guest issues, and handling check-in/out queries or complaints.
Support F&B operations, events, and functions when required.
Work closely with department managers (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance) to ensure strong communication and appropriate staffing levels.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
* Previous supervisory or managerial experience within a hotel setting (1-2 years+ ideal)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
* Flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills
* Committed to high service standards, hygiene, and guest satisfaction
* Willing to support various departments when needed
