Job Description
Direct Medics are working in partnership with a client based in Beaufort, Co. Kerry to find experienced and dedicated Social Care Workers to provide support to adults with severe intellectual disabilities, many of whom suffer from epilepsy. Daily tasks include personal care, attending outings and supporting residents with daily tasks.
Temporary contract for 3 months initially, 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 4pm.
Requirements
* CORU Registered Social Care Worker
* Third-level qualification (or equivalent) in a Social Care related discipline
* Experience supporting adults with severe intellectual disabilities
* Epilepsy & Buccal Trained
* Full manual driving license
* Right to live and work in the Ireland
