Join EY and help build a better working world.The Team and the OpportunityWe are seeking a strategic and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Lead to grow and lead the Fusion HCM capability within the Oracle Fusion Centre of Excellence. This role will report to the Head of Oracle Fusion Centre of Excellence and combine delivery expertise with strong business development, offering creation, and capability uplift across HR transformation advisory and HCM implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentLead HCM solution design for proposals and major bids, ensuring alignment with client needs and EY’s strategic objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Directors, Public Sector HR leaders, and Transformation Offices to foster collaboration and drive business growth.Identify cross-sell opportunities in Organizational Change Management (OCM), Workforce Analytics, and Service Design to enhance client offerings.Capability DevelopmentBuild the HCM learning roadmap to accelerate certification and cross-training within the team.Mentor junior and mid-level HCM consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.Support the recruitment of HCM specialists and graduates to strengthen the team’s expertise and capacity.Offering DevelopmentDevelop packaged offerings such as HR Operating Model Assessments, HCM Cloud Optimization, and Payroll Readiness to provide clients with tailored solutions.Build reusable assets, including organizational models, testing packs, and configuration templates to streamline project delivery.Delivery LeadershipServe as the functional lead and quality assurance reviewer on HCM engagements, ensuring high standards of delivery and client satisfaction.Own HCM architecture decisions and ensure alignment across modules to maintain consistency and effectiveness in implementations.Skills & Attributes for Success8-10+ years of experience in HCM with proven Fusion delivery experience.Demonstrated commercial skills, including proposal leadership, scope shaping, and solution design, with a strong track record of successful engagements.Third level degree preferably in Computer Science or a Business-related disciplineStrong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot integration issues and optimize processes.Innovative and agile, with a purpose-driven mindset.Inclusive and able to work effectively in diverse teams.Passionate about technology and eager to learn and grow.Client-focused, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.What Working At EY OffersWe offer a competitive remuneration package.
