This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in business growth while showcasing your flair for innovative marketing and digital engagement. As Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding Audi Dublin's customer base and strengthening our presence in the marketplace. Alongside building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate and retail clients, you will also take the lead in marketing initiatives – from local campaigns to creating engaging content that builds Audi's brand on social media platforms.
Responsibilities include:
* Identifying and cultivating exciting new business opportunities across diverse corporate and retail markets.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive sales and long-term loyalty.
* Collaborating closely with our visionary senior leadership team to devise impactful sales strategies and consistently meet ambitious performance targets.
* Developing marketing initiatives to promote Audi Dublin, both online and offline.
* Creating and managing social media content that reflects Audi's premium brand and engages new audiences.
* Analysing market trends to identify opportunities for growth and brand positioning.
About You
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (automotive sector experience desirable but not essential).
* Exceptional marketing skills, with proven ability to strategically manage vibrant social media campaigns and create compelling content that resonates with audiences.
* Commercially minded with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A proactive self-starter with innovative creativity to elevate the Audi brand presence in Dublin and far beyond.
* Passionate about premium brands and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
