Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted recruitment partner to the business which includes entities in both ROI and NI, owning the end-to-end hiring process from workforce planning through to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership teams to define role requirements and identify what great talent looks like.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, building strong talent pipelines and networks.
Enhance employer branding through careers page and social media management, shaping how Flogas attracts and presents itself to talent in the market.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
Use data, metrics, and market insights to continuously improve hiring performance and outcomes.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the business to support hiring needs effectively.
Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working Contribute to creating an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing culture through hiring practices and talent initiatives.
Work on other HR initiatives and projects as part of the wider HR Team.
Projects to include, employee engagement, mental health wellbeing, succession planning, inclusion diversity.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will hold a relevant HR qualification, supported by CIPD membership, and bring 3-5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on in-house recruitment across a wide range of disciplines.
They will be a dynamic and collaborative team player, with a positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, they will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, demonstrating the ability to take ownership of tasks while exercising sound judgement on when to escalate.
The candidate will be confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, operating with a high degree of integrity and discretion, and will be results-focused, self-motivated, and driven.
Strong technical capability is essential, including proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, experience managing both high-volume and niche recruitment, and a proven ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, generate ideas, and implement effective solutions.
