About The Role
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome, greet, and seat guests with warmth and confidence
* Support the team with table setup, clearing, and maintaining smooth service flow
* Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately — including cocktails
* Deliver consistently high standards of service throughout every shift
* Share local knowledge and offer personalised recommendations to enhance the guest experience
* Work closely with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
* Keep the restaurant and bar areas clean, organised, and well‑stocked
* Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture every day
What We're Looking For
* A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
* A strong team player who genuinely cares about guest satisfaction
* Previous hospitality or customer‑facing experience (essential)
* Experience in food and beverage service (a bonus, but not required)
