Finance DirectorLocation:Dublin (Hybrid)Sector:Global, publicly listed multinationalA leading global, publicly listed organisation headquartered in Ireland is seeking a Finance Director to join its senior finance leadership team.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee quarterly external reporting for a US-listed entityPrepare and review monthly consolidated group management reportingAct as a technical accounting authority, providing guidance across the business on complex accounting mattersAssess and lead the implementation of new accounting standards and regulatory changesOperate within, and continuously enhance, a robust SOX control environmentPartner with senior stakeholders across finance, tax, legal, treasury, IT, and operationsDrive continuous improvement in group reporting processes, systems, and controlsSupport M&A activity, including acquisition accounting and post-acquisition integrationOversee statutory reporting and act as a key contact for external auditorsLead, coach, and develop a high-performing group accounting teamCandidate ProfileQualified ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) with 8+ years post-qualification experienceStrong background in group financial reporting within a multinational environmentDeep technical knowledge of US GAAP and IFRSExperience working in multinational organisationsProven ability to operate at senior stakeholder and executive level
