The role
As an
Account Executive - Europe
, you'll own the full sales cycle across new logo acquisition and customer expansion, selling cutting-edge distributed systems technology to sophisticated technical and business audiences. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility and influence across the organization.
Responsibilities:
* Own and drive the full sales cycle as an
Account Executive
, from prospecting to close and expansion
* Engage new and existing customers to demonstrate how the platform solves complex business and technical challenges
* Align solutions to customer needs through discovery, presentations, demos, and technical evaluations
* Build, manage, and forecast a qualified pipeline while consistently meeting or exceeding targets
* Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and leadership teams to identify and close growth opportunities
About You:
* Proven success as an
Account Executive
closing enterprise and mid-market deals
* 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within middleware, messaging, or open-source software
* Strong communication and presentation skills with C-level, architecture, and engineering teams
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling, remote-first environment
* Based in
Ireland
and open to travel across Europe
