This is a varied, hands-on position supporting both the Finance and administration functions within a busy and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will enjoy working across departments, take initiative, and be keen to develop their skills in a dynamic business setting.Your day to day will involve:Finance SupportAssist with accounts payable and receivable using Sage Line 50Prepare and issue client invoices, matching to purchase ordersSupport month-end close and annual reporting processesAdmin SupportProcess sales orders and provide administrative support to the sales teamRaise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveryCoordinate courier bookings and logisticsMaintain accurate records and assist with stock and inventory trackingIt is expected you have 3–5 years' experience in a similar role.
