Post Office Development Manager
The role of Post Office Development Manager is to drive overall performance across all Post Office KPIs in a cluster of our largest locations. This includes income growth, profit, customer experience, and audit metrics. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching team members to ensure quality customer conversations are being held consistently and appropriate products & services are being offered.
The ideal candidate will have proven ability to lead a team to deliver across a range of commercial KPIs. A minimum of 2 years experience of coaching others in a relevant retail/sales/finance environment is required. Strong personal track record of sales success in customer-facing environments and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, are also essential. Full Clean UK or EU Driving License is necessary for this role.
A strong communication & interpersonal skills, ability to lead & influence others, aptitude for coaching, mentoring & knowledge sharing, and ability to develop strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders are key attributes for this position. A relevant 3rd Level qualification and experience in Training design and delivery would be desirable. This is a full-time position working 36.5 hours per week, with normal working hours from 8:45am-4:45pm Monday to Thursday and 8:45am-3:45pm Friday.
