GROUP OPERATIONS MANAGER.

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially savvy Operations Manager to lead and oversee the full suite of outlets in Dublin. This is a pivotal senior role focused on delivering operational excellence, driving consistent service standards, managing performance, and ensuring a seamless guest experience across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership:
- Lead day-to-day operations across all outlets, ensuring consistent adherence to brand standards.
- Drive profitability through effective cost control and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement SOPs and identify opportunities for service and operational improvements.
People Management:
- Lead, coach, and mentor General Managers and teams.
- Develop training, succession planning, and staff retention strategies.
- Promote a performance-driven culture.
Customer Experience:
- Maintain and elevate reputation for exceptional food and service.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement enhancements.
Financial & Commercial Oversight:
- Set and manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
- Monitor P&Ls and work with Finance Team on performance reporting.
Compliance & Standards:
- Oversee health & safety, food safety, and licensing compliance.
- Ensure procedures meet regulatory and brand standards.
Supplier & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Candidate Profile
- Proven multi-site management experience in high-end restaurants.
- Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills.
- Experience in high-volume, service-driven environments.
- Background in premium steakhouse or fine dining.
- Passion for food, wine, and premium guest experience.
- Hands-on leadership and adaptability.
